Returns & Warranties

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in factory condition. Returns must be done within 90 days of the original purchase date. Any embroidered or custom products are non-returnable except for manufacturer error. Returns will not be accepted until an RA number is issued by Dash Topper®. You can get an RA number by contacting our returns department at 1-800-843-3274 x 1118 or by email at 'returns@dashdesigns.com'. You can also fill out the RA Number Request form below. All returns are subject to manufacturer's approval. Returns will not be accepted because of perceived color difference due to the display settings of your computer monitor. All returns must be returned to us in original packaging and shipping containers. Shipping Fees

  • You will be responsible for any of the shipping cost associated in returning your item. Shipping charges on any order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any and all shipping charges will be deducted from that refund.

Restocking Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any products that are returned to Dash Topper®. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund you should receive.

RA Number Request

Warranty Policy

Dash-Topper® proudly stands behind all of its products. Below is an outline of the warranties we offer with our products. All warranties are subject to manufacturer's approval. Any modifications to the product will void any and all warranties. Special order items such as embroidered or customized products, including Seat Décor Seat Covers, are non-returnable except for manufacturer error. This warranty does not cover cigarette burns, cuts or other damage from sharp objects, stains from food or beverages, ink, grease, or other chemicals or harsh cleaning agents including bleach. Products will either be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. All warranties valid only with proof of purchase.

Dash-Topper® Dash Covers

  • Dash-Topper® Carpet Dash Covers carry a lifetime limited warranty, which protects your Dash Topper dash cover against any manufacturing defects.
  • Dash-Topper® Velour, Brushed Suede, Sedona Suede, Dash Tex, and Camo Dash Covers carry a 5-year limited warranty, which protects your cover against any manufacturing defects.

Seat Décor™ Seat Covers

  • Seat Décor Seat Covers carry a 2-year limited warranty, which protects your Seat Décor™ seat covers against any manufacturing defects.

Endura® Floor Mats

  • Dash-Topper Endura® Floor Mats and Endura® Clear Floor Mats carry a 2-year limited warranty, which protects your Endura® Floor Mats against any manufacturing defects.

The Original Shade™

  • The Original Sun Shade™ comes with a 2-year limited warranty, which protects your Original Sun Shade against any manufacturing defects.

Silver Shield™

  • Dash-Topper Silver Shields™ carry a 5-year limited warranty, which protects your Silver Shield against any manufacturing defects.

Topcessories™

  • All Topcessories™ products including Steering Wheel Covers, Grip&Go™, Seat Belt Cushions, and the Seat Gapper™ all carry a 6-month limited warranty, which protects your Topcessories against any manufacturing defects.
